Academic & educational approach to fitness. My goal is to teach you how to navigate information regarding fitness & health, so you can make the best decisions for yourself. I have been training people for over 14 years, while working as a consultant in health/tech and fitness equipment companies.
My value is in my ability to transform the shape of your body and my goal is to teach you to be in control of your own physique independently.

My consulting work in the software industry has been centered around Disease Prevention/Preventive Health, Nutrition, Population Health, & Chronic Disease Management. Some of my past experiences involved analysis of fitness trackers and fitness apps for mobile devices. My software products have been sold to Top 10 insurance companies.
PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
In 2017, I put together a diet for myself and lost 40lbs. in 2 months—without putting my health at risk. In the past couple of years, my own weight has fluctuated between 160 lbs. to 203 lbs., and I am at 178 right now. I gain weight when I want and I shed pounds when I want; I can do the same for you!
